As we were short of reaching quorum in the meeting today, Chris has requested that we move two items to email vote.

For the 11 TSC Members:  please cast two separate votes on the following items from the call today:

• Approval of Whitepaper draft
• Approval of Training & Education WG formation

Please reply-all with +1 (approve), 0 (abstain), -1 (object) by or before EOD Monday, December 4th.

• Thoughts on changing/removing association with databases at the beginning of paper

• General consensus to move forward, but quorum was not reached on the call.  Todd will initiate an email vote per Chris’ request.

Hyperledger Training and Education WG (Tracy Kuhrt)

• Proposal

• Call for additional volunteers as Maintainers -- Baohua volunteered.

• Initial Maintainers are Chris Ferris, Shawn Amundson, and Baohua Yang (more welcome, reach out to Tracy Kuhrt)

• General consensus to move forward, but quorum was not reached on the call.  Todd will initiate an email vote per Chris’ request.

Project Reporting

• FYI -- Hyperledger Burrow will be the next project update on December 14th TSC call
