hi, I reviewed last week's call transcript, and saw the good discussions on the quarterly report topic. I saw a reminder to simplify the template (from Arnaud) which aligns with what I was trying to get to, for a template to be useful even if the project team did not add anything (because it will have the data section populated from the insights queries). Another is following up with the LF Insights team on the enhancement requests, providing stable APIs that can capture snapshots (maybe exporting the charts as images). Has someone been tagged to make sure the actions will be followed up on? I'm happy to take them up if no one else has been assigned (but I know Tracy and Ry are already talking to the Insights team).
thanks,
Jim

Hi, Jim.
I thought that we may end up discussing some more on this point in the Project Reports section of the agenda:
I do believe that we will need a task force to take this over the finish line. Let's talk about the creation of such a task force in our meeting. I am happy if you take point on leading that task force. Maybe we can get a few other TSC members to volunteer to be on that task force.

I thought that we may end up discussing some more on this point in the Project Reports section of the agenda:
- Project Reports
- Usefulness of data
- Should we schedule this to run on a monthly/quarterly basis for review by the TSC?

Sounds good, thanks Tracy for the context. Would be great if the TSC can get to a cadence to review each project's health on a regular basis (so we can discuss how to help) and be armed with real data from analytics reports. Happy to talk more tomorrow.

As a followup from today's TSC call, I created the following issue in the TSC repo to track the activities needed to achieve the goal of "improving project health data reporting and using them where needed such as the quarterly reports"
The intention is to capture the discussions and ideas so far and allow further discussions to continue asynchronously outside of TSC calls.
Please do spend a few minutes of your time to review and fill in what I may have missed. I think this is an important thread to push the TSC to get into a cadence to review project health and identify opportunities to help projects thrive (and on the flip side trim down the overhead of stalling projects occupying everyone's precious time).
Thanks,
Jim
