Continued: Hyperledger Security Process Task Force

Hi all,

Hope you had a great year end break and settled back to normal work schedule.
I wanted to bring the conversation back on the Hyperledger Security Process Task Force. Thank you for making the inaugural meeting a meaningful one, and setting the right tone.

From now on, there will be recurring meetings for the task force starting 28th January 2022, 8:00 AM PDT. A meeting invite will be sent to both the TSC and the maintainers mailing lists.

All ideas are welcome, do read through the CVSS calculation matrix.
