[Hyperledger Project TSC] Identity Working Group- minutes of December 14th and further steps

Hi all,

Meeting minutes of December 14th call are here. Please fill details in if you attended the meeting and have suggestions or comments.

Ideas from the meetings will be used to flesh out the Identity Whitepaper, a stub form of it can be found here.

Further, this week we will spend developing a charter for the WG, a draft to be presented to the tsc next week.
