Makoto spent time with those of us at the Hackfest yesterday explaining Iroha, and it felt like a very positive conversation. I'm +1 on the proposal, I think it will be a positive addition to the Hyperledger community. I'm hoping it's something we can talk about at the TSC meeting on Thursday.

Hello,
I am Makoto Takemiya from the Japanese fintech startup Soramitsu, a member of Hyperledger. We would like to propose an HIP called Iroha, which is an infrastructural blockchain project written in C++, along with some mobile and web libraries.
