[Hyperledger Project TSC] About Project Proposal Submit

Dear TSC Members,
We are Hyperledger member “Onchain”, we are planning to submit our open source blockchain project (called “Antshares”) to “Hyperledger Project Respository”.
We have prepared the project proposal (follow the Hyperledger project proposal template).
And we want to double check whether hyperledger-tsc@... is the correct email address we should submit the project proposal to?
