[Hyperledger Project TSC] Scheduling / Technical F2F

Hyperledger Project Technical Community,

As discussed on the TSC call today, there is interest for the TSC to hold a technical face-to-face during the month of March.  Note, this is open to all in the technical community, not just the 11 TSC members.

Please indicate your availability to attend a F2F in NY.  There are currently 3 weeks being considered.

Hi Todd,

Is there an opportunity to co-host this session with an industry event
(the day before or the day after) to make it a two-for-one for those
travelling in? I would suggest Consensus 2016, but early May might be
too far away.
