GitHub.dev is widely available
This is really a wonderful feature! And hope it won't occupy too many resources.

Renaming Active status and calling it Graduated
I also feel that "Graduated" is better. Besides, we may consider to allow the project to release 1.0/2.0/x.0 before its graduation. Version number is just the number, no need to bind to status.

An article on Innovation
Vipin Very thoughtful article! Everything has two sides, and there's always debates between revolution and evolution. At most time, things get improved and improved, then suddenly, disruption happened

Deprecation of Composer
Somehow, i feel the term deprecation is not that appropriate for a mature-enough project like Composer. It might be more reasonable to rename it as Maintenance, as there are still supports to fix thos

[Hyperledger Project TSC] Project Proposal: Consensus Platform
It would be a good idea if we can have some consensus library that is sharable among different blockchains, that's more valuable than a single implementation. We have Ursa which covers the crypto tech

TSC elections: electorate should include SIGs and some other suggestions.
I also want to highlight this link: https://wiki.hyperledger.org/display/HYP/TSC+Election+2019. And believe most working group/team members are project contributor at the same time. Thanks!

on expanding the TSC
I like this idea. Besides, we may consider an automatic opt-out for 3 continuous unexcused absences. And for the number, consider the growing size of the community and more new projects, 17, 19 or 21

Academic Involvement in Hyperledger
I like this idea, it is really important to bridge industry and academia together, and create great open-source projects. And it would be appealing, what kind of hurdles they met when made the contrib

Libra-analysis and questions
Nice point, vipin. Libra is a totally different project, but it's appealing to see if there's any collaborative potentials in techniques, e.g., their BFT algorithm.

Add VRF(Verifiable Random Functions) Into Ordering Service to Support Large-scale COnsensus NetWork
Great, zhangjiong! I think this is an interesting topic, as VRP was typically used in public scenarios and some open-sourced repo will be a good start.
