In case we expect binary (bottles) be available, rather than compile from source, we may need to work on https://bintray.com/ as well, where homebrew binary gets hosted.

The way that Homebrew works is that a 'tap' is a github repository that contains the formulae. We _could_ set up a repository that used git submodules, but that would be even more complicated

I agree that each project should be responsible for the formulae, but I think having separate taps is silly.
Frankly, all that needs to be done is to test that the formula works... the tests
