Proposal: remove pinned repo list on GitHub
GitHub has a limit of six pinned repos. When we added these pins, we didn't have six top level projects. Now we have over six.
I propose to either pin one repo - this one - or none at all.

I agree with this idea of rebooting anything not formed in the last 6 months and structuring them around a clear time-bounded deliverable based on project involvement.
