Impact: services behind ingress - nexus, Jenkins - will be unavailable for the duration. Jenkins will be placed in shutdown mode prior to the ingress outage.
Why: upgrading the ingress to a larger size will allow us to mirror gerrit to the ingress, which will greatly speed git checkouts for CI.
