The Climate Action and Accounting SIG would like to invite interested members from the Social Impact SIG, the Trade Finance SIG, Supply Chain SIG, and Climate Action SIG to join together to explore solutions leveraging blockchain to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting. With new developments such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive which extends the scope of CSR reporting and requires the audit of reported information), corporations must seek new ways to capture and share trusted information about their impact.  Tackling this challenge will require subject matter expertise across the special interest groups in our community, and we see this as a great opportunity to break down silos and explore new ways to work together.

We would like to invite you to join the Climate Action and Accounting Special Interest Group meeting tomorrow Tuesday Oct 5^th where we will be kicking off the project and inviting input to help define the project and explore how we might break down silos and work together on this important challenge as a community.
