New Hyperledger meetup organizer guide available

David Boswell

I've done a major update to the meetup organizer's guide on the wiki and wanted to let everyone know that it is now available.  This should address many of the questions I've heard when speaking to people about the events they are running.

https://wiki.hyperledger.org/community/meetups

Here are the big changes:

* I've added new content, including details about promoting meetups on our channels, how to find speakers, guidelines for sponsorships and more.

* I've reformatted the page.  Previously it was split in two with a top half divided into sections and a bottom half formatted as a FAQ.  This puts everything into the same format and sets up a table of contents so specific areas can be more easily found and linked to.

* There is a section around getting stickers and swag that doesn't have any details in it and I'll update that soon and let people know when that information is available.

I imagine that there is probably other information that may be useful to include here, so please feel free to edit the wiki or share tips or ask questions and we can continue improving the guide so it is more helpful to everyone running meetups.

Thanks,
David

Ketan -- I've added a link to this in the Finding Speakers section of the guide at:

https://wiki.hyperledger.org/community/meetups#finding_content_and_speakers

For next steps, I would encourage you and other organizers to build out the speaker list more and to also provide contact information there.  If people do see this document and want to connect with speakers listed there how should they reach out to them?

Thanks,
David
