Google drive for meetup docs and speaker tracking doc

I wanted to let everyone know that there is now a shared folder on the Hyperledger Google Drive that meetup organizers can use to add and create docs.  That is at:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WSTWQEL1U8sI5cAURb7v1tqSvg-7Dpak

The speaker tracking doc that Hao Wang has started is currently the only doc in there.  Please feel free to take a look at what he's done and add to his doc and also make use of that space if there are other docs you want to share with or work on with other organizers.
