Re: How Blockchain Can Transform The Way IP Rights Are Managed

Randy Givens

Hi Brett,

I have some questions for Anne: Please select the ones you think are most appropriate.

What is intellectual property (IP), and why is it essential in the metaverse and AI industries?

What kinds of IP licensing are involved in machine learning and Artificial Intelligent (Ai)?

What challenges are associated with protecting franchising rights within the metaverse and AI industries?

Can AI create its own IP? If so, who owns it?

How do I ensure I'm not infringing on someone else's IP  metaverse and AI rights?

Can I use someone else's IP in my metaverse or AI project? What are the rules?

How do I enforce my IP rights in the metaverse and AI technologies?

What is the role of blockchain technology in protecting IP metaverse and AI products and services?

What are some recent legal cases related to IP in the metaverse and AI industries, and what can we learn from them?

Thank you so much.

Do you want me to post Anne's event on Discord?

Take care,
