macOS, upcoming α1 release and more

Good news everyone,
many contributors have asked the team of Iroha maintainers before to fix build of Iroha in macOS environment. Since https://github.com/hyperledger/iroha/pull/565 was merged into develop — use can try to build Iroha and Iroha CLI on your Mac. Also, this PR adds photo 3.4.0 compatibility and a new version of gRPC. We are on our way to release our alpha version with a new model of permissions and extended has/crypto capabilities. Also, we are going to restructure the docs and put them into one place alongside with video tutorials in a week. Please, stay tuned to know more about Iroha project progress.
