Hi Everyone, We had a great conversation with Naomi last Friday to discuss the business case, and we also reviewed the current build. Notes (thanks, Rayne!) and recording can be found on the wiki. @Naomi, we do believe that together we can build a technology solution that addresses the pain points that you brought up in the donor milk ecosystem, and we'd like to continue the conversation. Are you willing to keep exploring this with us? If so, as next steps, we'd like to connect with you or someone that you would recommend to discuss the following: who the participants in the donor milk system are (i.e. donor banks, hospitals, regulators), the regulatory
needs/guidelines that must be followed, and what the current information management structures are. This information will ensure that the network that we build is compliant. We'd also like to get more clarity on the
information/feedback you would like to see from NICUs regarding babies that receive the milk and their diagnosis. Would Friday, the 31st at Noon EDT work for you? If you have any questions for us, please send them over. @Anton and Ron - we'd like your feedback on the conversation from Friday and the build. If anyone is wanting to continue aspects of the conversation, I encourage the use of HCWG Rocket.Chat channel (good discussion is going on right now!). There is an interesting funding opportunity that I will post there for people to check out. Hi Marissa
Thank you for the feedback sorry we have been quite busy last few 2 weeks for myself and Ron. I caught the tail end of last weeks meeting, but I also have someone from Prolacta Donor Milk Company that is interested in talking to the Healthcare Group about the issues she/they see in the NICU’s and could help expand more knowledge to the project. I will be talking to her in depth tomorrow and will see if she is willing to participate in one of the calls on Friday (maybe not this week but definitely next week if time permits).
Will look to reconnect with you guys this Friday however.
Thanks
Anton Ansalmar

Hi Anton, No problem at all. Thank you for engaging Prolacta and we look forward to hearing if they are interested in collaborating. For this Friday (8/24) at 7am PDT, I do not believe there is an agenda. Nate usually leads this call, but I'd like to propose that we use some of the time to get an update from you on your conversation with Prolacta and brainstorm a bit about other collaborators we might want to engage. If anyone knows of a set agenda for the healthcare working group meeting tomorrow, please let me know. While I facilitate the patient subgroup meetings that occur on alternate Fridays, but I'm happy to take advantage of the healthcare working group meetings to continue the conversation on the donor milk use case if there is time and interest. If people are interested in joining the call tomorrow, dial in information can be found on the Hyperledger Community Calendar. Finally, as a heads up, we will likely shift the 8/31 patient subgroup meeting an hour later to accommodate Naomi's schedule, but I'll keep you posted. I've also requested any HMBANA guidelines from Naomi that we can start looking over in preparation for our 8/31 call. Thanks to Naomi for supporting this effort! Let me know if you have any questions. Best, M Marissa Iannarone Associate with Forum Solutions LLC phone number: +01 (360) 525 4961email: mari.iannarone@...
