Guillermo joined us for the last meeting held on 2020.01.20 where the discussion began re: Mexico’s mandate for digital health records and DLT technologies.  We are looking forward to continue that discussion and enjoy a presentation by Guillermo of a high level plan proposal to use a blockchain solution to help solve the problem.
