Installing weft

Hello, I am running the Hyperlegendary guide to learn more about using Kubernetes. I have all the dependencies install except weft. I have tried everything to install this intoi my Ubuntu server box but no success. However, I was able to install it on my labtop.
Why am I receiving these npm error messages?

Hello; this could be an issue with how node itself was installed.
Depending on how node was installed sometimes there are permissions issues with install packages globally (as in this case) Check how node was installed – generally something like ‘nvm’ is a good idea.
