As discussed on the contributor meeting today... we are shifting Fabric from Jenkins to Azure Pipelines for our CI and release processes. Since Azure Pipelines does not support s390x environments, we will no longer be able to publish s390x release binaries and docker images, starting with release v1.4.4. Those interested in s390x binaries and images will still be able to build on their own from the tagged release code.
