Hello Fabric Community,

We've begun a discussion on a migration from Azure Pipelines to GitHub Actions. We are starting by just soliciting feedback, and potentially some PoC's to evaluate it, but in the interim we would like to bring this to the attention of the community so anyone who would like to provide input can do so.
