This is my first question here and I am hoping I'm following the right protocol.
We are in the process of designing a fabric network and were wondering whether it is possible to create private data collections dynamically.
My understanding at the moment is that any such configuration change has to go through the normal endorsement process, which means that dedicated people in the network would need to agree to this change. Is that correct? Or is this only true for changing the chaincode?
Is there a way to allow for this configuration change while all other updates still need to follow the normal procedure?
