3. Deprecating the old fabric adapter (rename or delete?) and closing the related issues
4. Improving the docs before publishing. See https://github.com/hyperledger/caliper/issues/507
5. Dismissing the "file generation mode" feature (https://github.com/hyperledger/caliper/pull/410) since the following PR significantly boosted the sending rate of Caliper: https://github.com/hyperledger/caliper/pull/509
