For those who don't know him yet, he is active in the Technical Working Group China and is the Hyperledger Hong Kong meetup organizer.  He contributes to fabric-sdk-node and to other crypto module across Hyperledger projects.  And he has 3 years experience using Hyperledger for financial projects.
