Hi Folks,

Please provide any commentary you have on this version by Wednesday. I added an abstract and some additional information about insurance, SLAs and hard asset linkage to the document, page 1, 7 and 9 - 11. 

I will then incorporate the feedback appropriately into an offline version that will then be converted to a nice looking PDF that can be linked to. Then, I would like to move this use case to completed status per our discussion in the requirements meeting!
